A Group from Missouri

Two weeks ago all of us had a very good time with the group from Missouri. The leaders of the group were Joel and Deneth and they did a very good job. They were here for a week and  during that week they started to build a car port at the childrens home. First they removed all the dirt and then they leveled the land. It was very hard but I think it was a very good experience for everyone. The ladys also worked very hard painting the inside walls of the rooms and also Rachel did a very good job drawing some spidermen and trucks on the walls of some rooms and also she made a draw and the letters of the outside wall, it was an excellent job.

The concrete  floor is finished

What was really important was the love of  Jesus that they shared with all of us.
God is the one that put us together regardless of where we are. It is just by the grace of God that we all can work together to show others the love of Jesus.

July´s Groups

The two groups that visited in July have been coming for various years and we were glad to see them again.  One group came with Terri and Jeff Sprecher.  They enjoyed playing with and getting to know the children through games and crafts.

The children were very excited to recieve presents!

The group brought gifts for all of the
children.  Thank you!

Ken and Sue lead a group of 19 people from Chicago who visited this month.  They spent a day in the rehabilitaion center.  They started the day with a devotional in which they shared thier testimonies and the love of God.  After this they helped out by painting the outside walls of the center.  It was really encouraging to spend time with this group and we are thankful for the comunion that we have through Christ!  They also spent a day at the chíldren´s home.  They prepared a special lunch of spaghetti and ricecrispy bars.  They also did
crafts and preformed a short drama
that encouraged the chidren to believe
in Jesus Christ.
